Simple, tiered flat-fee bonuses
As a Promoter, you earn a flat bonus in U.S. dollars for each eligible fraction that a client purchases through your referral link. The amount depends on:
- The price tier of the fraction.
- Whether it’s the client’s first purchase or a subsequent purchase.
- Whether the project is pre-construction or already active and operating.
All bonuses are pre-defined amounts per fraction. We never calculate your rewards as a percentage of a sale price, commission, or investment return.
What does a Link Club Promoter do?
As a Promoter, your role is simple:
- You share your unique referral link with friends, clients, or followers.
- They discover real estate fractions starting from accessible price points.
- When they invest, you earn — automatically and transparently.
- Bonuses vary with the price tier of the property.
Think of it as opening the door for others — and getting rewarded every time someone steps through it.
Promoter Incentive Schedule
Below are the current flat-fee bonuses paid per fraction to active Promoters. These amounts apply only to eligible pre-linked fractions and may be updated from time to time by Link Club.
Table 1 – First Purchase of a Referred Client
When a new client makes their first purchase through your referral link, you receive a one-time flat bonus for each fraction they buy. For this first purchase, the client also receives a 50% discount on the reservation fee.
Table 2 – Subsequent Purchases (Pre-Construction Projects)
For additional purchases made by a client in pre-construction projects that are still pre-linked, you receive a recurring flat bonus per fraction. No reservation fee discount applies on these purchases.
Table 3 – Subsequent Purchases (Active Units)
For additional purchases made by a client in active units that are still pre-linked, you receive a recurring flat bonus per fraction. No reservation fee discount applies on these purchases.
Example scenarios
Example 1 – First purchase, mid-tier project
Your client signs up with your referral link and buys 2 fractions priced at $35,000 each (Tier B – Premium).
→ You earn $900 × 2 = $1,800 in bonuses for that first purchase.
Example 2 – Additional pre-construction purchase
Later, the same client buys 1 more fraction in a pre-construction project at $40,000 (Tier B – Premium).
→ You earn $600 in bonuses.
Example 3 – Active unit purchase
The client then buys 1 fraction in an active unit at $28,000 (Tier A – Standard).
→ You earn $200 in bonuses.
Example 4 – Marketplace resale
If the client later buys or sells fractions on the P2P Marketplace between existing owners, no Promoter bonuses apply to those marketplace transactions.
Taxes
Promoter bonuses are treated as income from independent contractor / self-employed activities. Promoters are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
Link Club may request a completed Form W-9 (for U.S. persons) or Form W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E (for non-U.S. persons) before issuing payments, and may provide year-end tax forms where required by law.
Who can be a Promoter?
To participate in the Link Club Promoter Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Create and maintain an active Link Club Promoter account.
- Use only your unique referral link to invite clients.
- Use only official, approved Link Club marketing materials.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Promoters are independent marketing partners, not employees, agents, or brokers of Link Club.
What Promoters may not do
To protect you and Link Club, Promoters must follow these restrictions:
- Do not present yourself as a real estate broker, agent, or investment adviser.
- Do not negotiate prices, terms, or contract language with buyers or sellers.
- Do not handle client funds, escrow, or payments.
- Do not promise income, returns, or future appreciation.
- Do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Do not modify or create your own performance claims or projections.
Bonuses are paid strictly for referral and promotional activities, and not for selling or brokering real estate or securities.
Pre-linked fractions & tracking
What is a pre-linked fraction?
A “pre-linked” fraction is an ownership fraction sold directly through the Link Club primary offering flow before it is eligible for P2P resale on the Marketplace. Promoter bonuses apply only to these primary offerings.
How referrals are tracked
- Your client must sign up or access the platform using your unique referral link.
- They must complete any required KYC/AML checks.
- They must purchase eligible pre-linked fractions through the platform.
- Once the transaction is verified and activated, bonuses are credited to your Promoter account.
Tracking and bonus eligibility are always determined by the records in the Link Club system.
Common questions
Do I get paid on every transaction my client makes?
Bonuses apply on eligible pre-linked fractions according to the tables above. Marketplace resales between existing owners do not generate promoter bonuses.
How often are bonuses paid out?
After a transaction is verified and the property becomes active, your bonus is credited to your Promoter balance. Payout frequency and methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal) are specified in your Promoter dashboard and agreement.
Can I promote Link Club on social media?
Yes, as long as you use accurate information and do not make unapproved income claims or promises. Whenever possible, link back to official Link Club pages and materials.
