How to Reserve a Fraction

Hold your spot in a Club before the full wire transfer — with just a credit card deposit.

Choose a property on the marketplace

Browse available listings on the Link Club app or at app.milink.club. When you find a property you want to invest in, open its detail page to view the current availability and fraction count.

Tap "Reserve Now"

On the property page, tap the "Reserve Now" button. You'll see the total fraction price and the reservation deposit amount — 1.5% of your investment, charged to your credit card.

The 1.5% reservation fee is separate from the 1.5% deed registration cost baked into the fraction price. The reservation fee is what you pay now to hold your spot.

Enter your credit card details

Complete the credit card payment for the 1.5% reservation fee. Once processed, your fraction is held and marked as reserved in your name.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and wire transfer instructions for the full payment.

Send the full payment within 7 days

Your reservation window is 7 days. Within that time, send the full investment amount by wire transfer to the U.S.-based escrow account specified in your confirmation email.

⚠️ If the wire transfer is not received within 7 days, your reservation is automatically cancelled and the 1.5% deposit is forfeited.

Your reservation is confirmed

Once your wire payment is received and verified, your reservation is upgraded to a confirmed investment. Your fraction will remain reserved until the full Club (30 fractions) is complete.

💡 You can cancel at any time before the Club completes for a full refund. If the Club doesn't reach full completion, you also receive a full refund including the deposit.
