How to Sell a Fraction — Link Club
How-To Guide

How to Sell a Fraction

List your fraction on the Link Club peer-to-peer marketplace and transfer ownership securely on-chain.

1

Make sure your fraction is tokenized

You can only list a fraction for resale once the property has been tokenized — meaning the Club is complete, all ownership has been registered on the blockchain, and the smart contract is active.

Check the status of your fraction in the Investments tab of your Link Club app. If it shows as tokenized, you're ready to list.

2

Go to the marketplace and list your fraction

Navigate to the Marketplace section in the app and select the fraction you want to sell. Choose your listing price and select your preferred resale method:

Available Now

On the Blockchain

Direct on-chain transfer. Compatible with MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and Trust Wallet.

Coming Soon

Via Escrow

Traditional sale with a third-party escrow account as intermediary.

A 2.5% listing fee applies when your fraction sells. This is deducted from the sale proceeds.
3

A buyer finds your listing

Your fraction is visible to all Link Club marketplace users. When a buyer initiates a purchase, you'll receive a notification in the app.

Use the in-platform chat to coordinate with the buyer if needed — especially to confirm payment method and details before the transaction completes.

4

Sign to confirm the transfer

Once payment is verified, you'll be asked to confirm the transfer using your Signature PIN. This authorises the ownership reassignment in both the smart contract and the LLC ledger.

⚠️ Double-check all details before signing. Once the transfer is executed on-chain, it cannot be reversed by Link Club.
5

Ownership transfers and proceeds land in your wallet

The smart contract updates automatically, the buyer's name replaces yours in the LLC register, and the sale proceeds (minus the 2.5% fee) are credited to your USDT payout wallet.

You can withdraw funds to your bank account or PayPal from your wallet settings at any time.

💡 Make sure your USDT payout wallet address is correct before listing. Go to Settings → Marketplace to update it. Funds sent to an incorrect wallet are unrecoverable.
