IONICA World is a tech-enabled hospitality and asset management company operating across South Florida for over 8 years. Designated as the property manager in each Link Club LLC's Operating Agreement, IONICA World serves as the operational backbone behind every property on the marketplace.
As an LLC member, you retain governance rights over your property — including the right to vote on major decisions, review detailed monthly income reports, and direct changes to how your property is managed. IONICA World handles day-to-day operations as the designated property manager, acting on behalf of the LLC: onboarding tenants, managing bookings, coordinating maintenance, HOA, and distributing net income monthly.

Owner Governance
As a Club member, you have a voice. Members retain the right to appoint a different property manager by unanimous vote, as provided in the LLC's Operating Agreement.
Your ownership has perks.
On eligible properties, Link Club owners receive personal-use nights — 2 nights per fraction per year, issued as a booking credit in your IONICA World wallet. Properties with more than 30 fractions (currently 2000 Ocean, Hallandale Beach) do not include personal-use nights.
The credit is equal to the property's average nightly rate. Book any available date, with no blackout dates. If you book during a higher-rate period, you simply pay the difference.
Credits reset annually and are managed entirely within the IONICA World platform.

Available on properties with up to 30 fractions. Scales with the number of fractions you hold.

Book any available date. Peak season bookings are simply charged the difference.
