How to Sign Documents
Set up your digital signature and use it to sign purchase agreements, LLC Operating Agreements, and resale transfers.
Setting up your Signature PIN
Go to the Signature section
From your account, navigate to My Account → Signature. If you haven't set up your signature yet, you'll be prompted to do so here.
Draw your signature
Using your finger (on mobile) or mouse (on web), draw your signature in the provided space. This becomes your official digital signature used on all legal documents within Link Club.
Create your 6-digit Signature PIN
Choose a 6-digit PIN to confirm your signature. This PIN is required every time you sign a document — it acts as your authorisation and cannot be bypassed.
Signing a document
You'll be prompted when a signature is required
Documents that require your signature — such as the LLC Operating Agreement when a Club completes, or a resale transfer — will appear as notifications in the app. You can also find pending documents in My Account → Documents.
Review the document
Read the full document before signing. For the LLC Operating Agreement, this will include your name, fraction percentage, wallet address, and the full terms of your membership in the property Club.
Sign with your Signature PIN
Tap Sign and enter your 6-digit Signature PIN to confirm. Your signature is applied to the document, and the record is updated both in the app and on the blockchain.
Contract unique IDs — coming soon
Each signed contract is assigned a unique identifier that allows you to verify your ownership record independently on the blockchain. Details on how to locate and use this ID will be added here once confirmed with the development team.
