How to View Your Portfolio
Track your investments, income, and property performance — all from the Link Club app.
Investment Status Tracker
Open the Investments tab
In the Link Club app, tap Investments in the left-hand menu. This shows every fraction you've reserved or purchased, with a running total of units, fractions, and investment value at the top.
Each fraction moves through three stages as your purchase progresses:
Reserved — fraction is held after your credit card deposit.
Paid — wire transfer received; waiting for the unit to fully close.
Received — all 30 fractions are sold and the LLC is linked. Your fraction is live.
View fraction details and resale options
Tap any fraction to see its full details — the project, your fraction count, total investment value, and current stage. Once a fraction reaches Received status, you can list it for resale directly from this view via the Link Club marketplace.
Income, Bookings & Wallet
Once your fraction reaches Received status, the IONICA World app is where you manage your live investment — income, bookings, personal use, and withdrawals.
View monthly income reports
Access net income statements for each property you own. Each report shows:
• Gross rental income for the period
• Itemised expenses (HOA, utilities, maintenance, insurance, management fee)
• Net income distributed to your IONICA wallet
• Booking history and occupancy rate
Booking calendar and personal-use nights
A live calendar shows all confirmed guest bookings, occupancy history, and upcoming availability for each property you own.
To use your personal-use nights (2 per fraction per year), tap Reserve Nights. The cost is deducted from your IONICA wallet balance as a booking credit.
IONICA wallet and withdrawals
Your IONICA wallet accumulates rental income distributions and booking credits. Tap your wallet to see a full history of all credits received and any pending withdrawals.
To withdraw to your bank account or PayPal, tap Withdraw and follow the instructions.
