We collect the following types of information:

• Personal information: when you register or interact with our Site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you voluntarily submit.
• Identity-verification data: before you can reserve a fraction or trade on the marketplace, applicable law requires us to verify your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer). Our verification partner, Veriff, collects a government-issued ID and a selfie on our behalf.
• Payment information: reservation deposits and wire payments are processed by Stripe and our banking partners — we never store full card numbers. Peer-to-peer marketplace transactions settle directly between buyer and seller by a method they agree on between themselves; we do not process or hold that money.
• Usage data: we automatically collect information about how you use the Site, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and timestamps of your interactions.
• Cookies and diagnostics: we use necessary cookies for core functionality (login, session, security) and crash/error reports via Sentry to keep the apps reliable. See our Cookie Policy for full details, including what we do — and do not — currently run.

• To provide, operate, and improve the platform — reservations, ownership records, monthly statements, and marketplace activity.
• To complete legally required identity verification (KYC/AML) before you invest.
• To process reservation and wire payments for transactions on the Site.
• To communicate with you — responding to inquiries, providing support, and sending service updates.
• To monitor and analyze usage patterns and improve the user experience.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform: Supabase (hosting/auth), Stripe (payments), Veriff (identity verification), Resend (email), Sentry (diagnostics), and Vercel (infrastructure). These providers are contractually required to keep your information confidential and to use it only to provide their service to us.
• On-chain ownership records: LLC membership may be notarized on the Immutable X blockchain in pseudonymous form — no names, emails, or IDs are ever written on-chain.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tool on this platform. If that changes, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy before any such tool goes live.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption and secure payment gateways for your payment information. No method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure — while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Opt-out — opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time.
